Here I will tell you the Benefits of Massage and Chiropractic Care for me. I believe the combination of the two are beneficial for everyone. It not only is beneficial, but if feels so good and you will feel so much better.

There are many more benefits, I have just touched on the few that have helped me. I do get chronic pain in my shoulders and it causes headaches. With a Massage at least once a month I have noticed great improvement in how I feel. Sometimes it really makes me sore to have the massage, but that is usually because I have let the tension get to far. After a few days I do feel amazing.
I just convinced my eighty-six mom to go and get a massage for some pain she had. She had been suffering for several months and had seen the doctor multiple times to no avail. She called me up one day and said I just had a great massage and I feel wonderful…You need to do this! I wanted to laugh, I had been buying massage gift cards for her and she never used them. I get a massage before getting an adjustment because it relaxes my muscles and helps the Chiropractor adjust me a lot eaiser. I have been so tence before and he could not get my joint to move. The tension in my musles have actually made my ribs move out of place and it is so painful. When you hurt like that you don’t feel like working or anything. Stress and Tension stills my time and live away. That is no way to live.
Essentials oils and other liniments’:
I have used many different things to help relax the muscles. One thing I found is a great liniment called Deep Blue and it has helped me and it is an all natural oil that is not harmful. I use this for the inbetween times if I feel a little tension and that way I don’t have to take medication.
I love when my massage therapist uses essential oils in her massage oild. The aroma help in relaxing and they have many healing properties. They are great to disfuse in your home to change your mood also.
Reflexology:
Another type of massage is reflexology. This is a great typ of massage for hands and feet. I love to have my feet massaged. You can actually learn where to massage each area of your foot, hands and ears for healing to take place in different parts of your inner and outer body. There many charts to help you learn how to do this yourself.
Self care and self help is so important and like I said the Benifits of Massage and Chiropratic care are on the top of the list for my health. You need to try these ways to help with your health issues.
